Grilling Steak, Making French Toast, and Cooking Curry

I made fried egg toast, which my kids love.
Fried eggs cooked in a hot iron frying pan are exceptional.
I like the steaming and baking method.
In Japan, it is common to cook the yolk on one side only, without crushing it.
The seasoning is simply salt and pepper.
I sprinkled parsley from my balcony on the fried eggs .
It's just a fried egg sandwiched between slices of bread, but it's delicious.

Dinner one day.
I came home from work at 11pm and drank a Sapporo beer in one gulp.
Before the date changed, I studied on Duolingo.

I had beef steak that day.
I like to grill it in a heavy-duty iron grill pan.
Due to circumstances, I eat lean beef regularly.
Recently, I've discovered how delicious king oyster mushrooms are.

Lunch one day.
I made seafood spaghetti.
Frozen shrimp, squid, and clams are stir-fried with olive oil, chili peppers, and garlic.
Rice is expensive, so I've been eating a lot of bread and spaghetti lately.
I try out new menu items so that the children don't get bored.
The kids loved this spaghetti, as long as it wasn't too spicy.

The other day, I made French toast at the request of my kids.
I made it in a hurry because the time for the kids' lessons was approaching.
I was only able to soak it in the egg mixture for about 10 minutes, but it didn't taste bad.
We had too much sugar that day.
We also added maple syrup, which left me feeling dizzy for a while.

Dinner one day.
I made curry, which my kids love.

According to my kids, vegetables softened in a pressure cooker are easier to eat.
The vegetable extract comes out well and it's delicious.

Add the lightly fried beef shank to the pressure cooker.
I stewed it for around 20 minutes until it was meltingly soft.

For the curry roux, I used half Vermont Curry (mild) and half Rich and smooth (medium spicy).

Add the tenderized beef shank to the curry and it's done.

The kids praised it for being delicious, so I went to bed in a good mood.
